Logistics and operations
Supply chain and transportation
Ocean and road transport, documentation and delivery coordinated by our team.

Logistics and operations
Ocean and inland transportation
In-house coordination
Our logistics team manages both ocean and inland transport in-house, allowing us to control transit times, coordinate documentation and respond directly when schedules change. We arrange freight on all principal trade lanes and hold established relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, port agents and customs brokers in the markets we serve.
Maritime transport
Ocean freight: full and part cargoes, containerised, flexibag, isotank and parcel tanker movements.
Road transport
Inland freight: road tanker, flatbed and container haulage, coordinated to the delivery window agreed with the customer.
Documentation and customs
Documentation and customs coordination, including certificates of analysis, certificates of origin, and dangerous-goods documentation where applicable.
Routes and transit times
Route and transit-time optimisation, with the objective of shortening the procurement cycle and reducing the working capital tied up in it.
Consolidated shipments
Consolidated shipments, allowing customers to combine multiple products into a single movement.

Delivery to your preferred port
Destination and Incoterms 2020
We are able to place product at the port or terminal of your choosing. Cargo can be nominated to any commercial port served by our carrier network, and we quote and contract on the full range of Incoterms 2020 — EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP and DDP — so that the transfer of risk, cost and responsibility is structured to suit your procurement policy rather than ours.
Local storage and handling
Where a customer requires delivery into a market in which we do not hold inventory, we will arrange terminal storage and in-market handling on their behalf.
